All Students - Library Books
Just a reminder that all library books need to be turned in by today, Friday, May 16th. Last Friday we emailed notices to all families to indicate any books that students still have checked out. We will continue to send out notices every Friday until May 30th. To avoid any fines, please remind your child to return any books that they have as soon as possible. Thank you!Health Office - End of Year Medication
The end of the school year is approaching! If your child has medication stored in the Health Office (including prescription/non-prescription medication, Epi-Pen, diabetic supplies, etc.), an email with a medication form will be sent today, Friday, May 16. Please check your spam folder to ensure you receive it.
In order for the nurse to send your child’s medications home on the last day of school, the form must be completed by Tuesday, May 27. If the form is not completed by this date, a parent or guardian will be expected to pick up the medication by 130 pm on the last day of school, May 30th. After that time, all remaining medications and supplies will be destroyed. Please note that controlled medications (such as Ritalin, methylphenidate, Valtoco, Adderall, etc.) WILL NOT be sent home with students and must be picked up by a parent or guardian by 130 pm on May 30th.If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Grade 8: GRADE Night
All 8th Graders are invited to attend an activity night for GRADE (Gang Resistance And Drug Education). Friday, May 16th, 3:30-5:30. There will be a glow party with dancing, free popcorn,a dodgeball tournament, Bingo with prizes, open gym and more! The fee is $5 or $4 with a nonperishable food donation. There will be concessions available. There will be no school related sports or activities this afternoon, so we hope to see everyone there!Reminder: Targeted Services

Any current 7th and 8th grade girls interested in playing high school soccer, please join us for an information meeting on Wednesday, April 30 at 8:00 in the PAC.CACR Advisory Committee (formerly World's Best Workforce) (repeat)
In 2013, the Minnesota Legislature adopted what is referred to as the World's Best Workforce (WBWF) legislation, requiring districts to establish an advisory committee related to the annual WBWF Strategic Plan (MN Statute: 120B.11). The Legislature changed the name of the committee to CACR during the 2023-2024 legislative session. Sartell-St. Stephen ISD 748 strives for a healthy and respectful committee that is balanced to best represent each of our five school buildings. As of April 8, 2025, the committee has vacancies for the 2-year term of the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 school year. The committee meets 3-4 times each school year from 7:30-8:30a. We will reach out to those who have completed this interest form to inform them if they have been selected to fill the vacancies. Completed forms will be kept on file until June 30 of each school year.Grades 6-8 - Cross Country (repeat)
